Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor at the Institute Of Medical Technology & Nursing Education, located in Jaipur. The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate students, developing and delivering course materials, conducting research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, mentoring students, and participating in departmental and institutional activities. The role also involves collaborating with faculty, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Proven teaching experience with strong skills in curriculum development and delivering course materials effectively
- Research skills, including conducting studies, data analysis, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentoring and advising skills to support student development and career guidance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities
- Commitment to academic integrity and continual professional development
- Doctorate in a relevant field along with requisite teaching and research experience
- Experience in the healthcare education sector is a plus
