About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Admin Executive to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations, maintaining servers, networks, and user systems, and providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Manage servers, networks, firewalls, and security systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and applications.
  • Perform regular system backups, updates, and patch management.
  • Ensure IT security compliance, antivirus protection, and data protection measures.
  • Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT support and upgrades.
  • Support in IT audits, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization tools.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices and backup solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
