BU Details: Economic Times B2B ETB2B was started 5-6 years back as an entrepreneurial

venture where the idea was to go deeper within the different industries ETB2B runs specialized

B2B media portals & communities covering news, opinion, analysis etc. These niche portals are

either based on industry ( like auto, telecom etc) or function ( CIO, CFO etc).

Here are portals that we run: ETAuto.com, ETTelecom.com , ETCIO.com, ETRetail.com,

ETEnergyWorld.com, ETRealty.com, ETGovernment.com, ETTravelworld.com,

Overview:

Experienced Video Sales Head to lead and drive the strategic growth of our video content

division in B2B space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the video content

landscape, trends, and emerging technologies. As the Video Business Head, the person will be

responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy to maximize

revenue, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

● Develop and implement a robust business strategy for the video content division in the

B2B landscape, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.

● Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in

the rapidly evolving video industry.

Content Development and Acquisition:

● Oversee the creation, production, and acquisition of high-quality video content that

resonates with target audiences and the partners.

● Collaborate with creative teams, producers, and content creators to ensure a diverse

and compelling content portfolio.

Monetization Strategies:

● Implement effective monetization models, including advertising, subscription services,

and partnerships, to drive revenue growth.

● Explore and develop innovative revenue streams within the video business


Financial Management:

● Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for the video content

division.

● Monitor and analyze financial performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize

resources and achieve financial goals.

Team Leadership:

● Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration,

and continuous improvement.

● Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team

members.
