ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Skills

Candidate Profile:
* Overall 8+ years of experience in IT industry.
* Strong Designing/Architectural skills,
* 5+ years of Hands-on experience: Web 2.0 technologies, NodeJS, UI Frameworks like Angular9+, , NGRX, RXJS etc.
* Working knowledge of: UI unit testing Jasmine, Karma, JEST, and automation testing framework including Selenium, Cucumber, BDD etc.
* Working knowledge of mock service implementation, Webservice creation & consumption for REST & SOAP
* Understanding of SAFe and DevOps
* Good to Have: mobile technologies like native script, Ionic, Cordova etc. Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and service workers.
* Strong experience in build, deployment and distribution.
* Excellent problem solving skills.
* Excellent written & verbal communication, documentation skills to create technical documentation.
Job responsibilities:
* Follow front-end architecture and standards following enterprise guidelines.
Work with Product Owner and Solution Architects to define and refine feature roadmap and related time commitments.
* Designing solutions as per business needs.
* Provide technical and architectural guidance at team level
* Establish processes and guidelines for engineering and development practices.
* Collaborate across the programs to raise/resolve technical dependencies.
* Involved in Inception, elaboration and Gap Analysis phase of projects
* Work closely with Product Owner to define priority sequence of the stories.
* Review and Validate UX wireframes and swaggers and work with UX designers and Architects respectively to resolve any discrepancies.
* Review code for peers and validate functionality.
* Troubleshoot criticalFXO-RT-InStore-Integration production issues to reduce application downtime
* Ensure knowledge sharing sessions for defect prevention, bridge any knowledge gaps in team.
* Research new technologies/frameworks and supervise POCs.
* Lead innovation initiatives and foster creativity within the organization.
