Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and lead the development of engaging and responsive user interfaces for our internal digital campaign management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, with extensive experience in Angular and React frameworks, and a proven track record of creating high-performance, user-friendly, and visually appealing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend components and user interfaces for our digital campaign management platform using Angular and React frameworks
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product owners to understand requirements and translate design mock-ups into functional, responsive web pages
  • Implement best practices in frontend development, including modular and reusable code, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Ensure the platform's frontend is accessible, responsive, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes
  • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and consistency
  • Optimize frontend performance through techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Angular and React ecosystems, as well as other relevant frontend technologies and industry trends
  • Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including style guides, component libraries, and architecture diagrams

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development using modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
  • Strong proficiency in both Angular and React frameworks, with a deep understanding of their core concepts, best practices, and performance optimization techniques
  • Experience with TypeScript and statically typed JavaScript
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx, MobX) and side-effect handling (e.g. RxJS, Redux-Saga)
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with GrapeJS & Nebular
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Jest, Jasmine, Karma) and test-driven development (TDD) practices
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git) and collaborative development workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks (e.g.,Next.js, Angular Universal) and progressive web apps (PWAs)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience developing accessible web applications
  • Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js) and building interactive dashboards
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools
  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects demonstrating strong frontend development skills using Angular and React
