A digital invoice discounting platform .It is a platform which connects MSME suppliers (sellers) and their corporate buyers to multiple financiers. This platform enables discounting of invoices of the MSME sellers against large buyers who are in the ERP system, through a transparent auction mechanism that ensures assertion of the billing at competitive market rates. The platform allows MSME suppliers to avail loans quickly and at competitive interest rates which will in turn helps increase their working capital efficiency without impacting their relationship with their buyers. The integrated customer ERP systems empowers it sellers, buyers and financiers, with the ease of doing business by reducing processing time for seamless transactions. Users/Customers also benefit from flexible repayment terms which help them manage their payables better. The platform makes sure that the buyers are top rated by leveraging their credit profile thus ensuring low risk of default. All the funds disbursed qualify for priority sector lending.

Job Description

Job description :Directly responsible to manage financial accounting, audit and statutory compliances.Manage all accounting along with Revenue recognition, Billing, Account receivables & Account payables.Co-ordinating with Statutory auditors & Internal auditors to ensure smooth audit closuresMonthly & Quarterly financial reporting under IGAAP norms. Also responsible for preparing financials under Banking Regulation Act -1949, for Holding Company consolidation.Preparation of special purpose financials on monthly basis under IND-AS norms for consolidation of JV partnerManage reconciliations with various stakeholders (Internal & External)Custodian of all vendor agreements within organisationResponsible to maintain FA register and keep track on ongoing projects under CWIP stage.Prepare quarterly and annual results deck for presentation of Board committees.Sound understanding of systems & processes. Solely manage internal financial control review process conducted by Auditors & Holding CompanyAbility to build controls and governance within the organisation with a robust framework encompassing all departments and functionsAssist at fixed asset verificationGood knowledge of INDASDrive finance initiatives and projectsDrive automationCompetencies Required:Chartered Intermediate with 3 – 6 years

of experience in Financial reporting domain.Be confident, pro-active and have positive approach; effective and comfortable while dealing with people at all levels in the organization.Ability to take on opportunities, identify initiatives and work independently. Good communication skills and ability to convey in a clear, concise and effective manner.Preference for candidate from Payment Systems, NBFC, Banks or Big4.If you love working with people and thrive in fast-paced environments, we would like to have a conversation with you.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.Go-getter ability to work independentlyLeadership team management skillsAttention to detailStrong financial, analytics and technology orientation
