We provide innovative and reliable business process management solutions to clients across various Delivery Manager - IT Job Summary As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of strategic programs that align with our company's goals. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including engineering, product, marketing, and leadership, to define program scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure that all program objectives are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, interconnected projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define program goals, objectives, and roadmaps. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of program objectives. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.G., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering). 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the (Your Industry). Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale programs from end-to-end. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred: PMP or other relevant project management certification. Experience with program management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello. Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC). Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
