Product Delivery Staff are responsible for delivering products to customers promptly and in excellent condition. They ensure the safe transport of goods from the warehouse or store to the customer's location, providing excellent customer service during each interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Delivery**: Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers as per the assigned schedule and route.
- **Loading and Unloading**: Load products into the delivery vehicle, ensuring they are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Unload products at the destination and ensure they are handed over to the customer correctly.
- **Route Management**: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, considering traffic, weather conditions, and time constraints to ensure on-time deliveries.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive delivery experience. Address any questions or concerns customers may have at the time of delivery.
- **Product Inspection**: Verify that the correct product is delivered as per the order details. Inspect products for any visible damages before handing them over to the customer.
- **Documentation**: Obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery, and ensure all delivery records, invoices, and receipts are completed accurately.
- **Inventory Tracking**: Maintain an accurate record of deliveries and returns. Ensure any discrepancies are reported to the supervisor promptly.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure that delivery vehicles are regularly checked and maintained, keeping them in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Comply with company policies regarding deliveries, safety, and customer service standards. Follow legal and traffic regulations at all times.
- **Time Management**: Manage delivery schedules effectively to meet customer expectations and company deadlines.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle delivery-related issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or customer complaints, and report them to the supervisor for resolution.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, such as warehouse staff and customer service representatives, to ensure smooth operations and accurate product deliveries.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education may be preferred).
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or related fields.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for the role).
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle products, sometimes heavy or bulky.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to read and understand delivery instructions and routes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- A professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
