The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing and guiding a team. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the SAP FICO team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.- Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.- Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on progress and outcomes.- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide SAP FICO solutions to improve business processes.- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial processes and reporting.- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP FICO processes, configurations, and customizations.- Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and efficient use of SAP FICO modules.- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO developments and industry best practices, incorporating them into team operations.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Skills:- Proficient in SAP FICO configuration and customization.- Expertise in asset accounting is essential.- Expertise in TDS accounting is essential.- Strong knowledge of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost controlling.- A solid understanding of taxation principles and accounting standards.- Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to train and mentor team members and end-users.- Handling day-to-day support and response through any ticketing tool.
