Responsibilities:Work as part of an implementation team ranging in size from 3-5 members on Enterprise ERP Projects.Work directly with clients to implement D365 F&O - Finance & Accounting processes, including but not limited to: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and collections, Budgeting & Fixed Assets, Management reporter, MIS reporting, closure (month, quarterly, yearly).Collaborate with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation.Actively drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation & testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite.Stay current on product capabilities to implement features/functions on client projects.Utilize all company provided & standard tools to deliver project work.

Key Skills:For Functional Consultant role

: Canidate should have 3-5 years of experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics AX or D365 Finance.For Senior Functional Consultant role:

Canidate

should have 8-10 years of experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics AX or D365 Finance.Business process Re-engineering and suggesting best practices to client is a must.Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies.Must have experience and strong working knowledge across all MS Dynamics D365 F&O - Finance related modules, including Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Credit and collections, General ledger, Budgeting and Fixed assets, management reporter.Experience with Human Resources, Project Management, or Project Accounting is an asset.Strong practical Finance experience gained through industry experience preferred.Experience in Manufacturing, pharma / Life Sciences or Supply Chain is considered an asset.

Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance.Experience in business process re-engineering and suggesting best practices.Strong understanding of ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.Experience with MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance-related modules.Experience in Human Resources, Project Management, or Project Accounting is advantageous.Practical finance experience gained through industry exposure is preferred.Experience in Manufacturing, Pharma/Life Sciences, or Supply Chain is desirable.
