Role: Senior Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Inspection & Audit (Onsite Inspection) Location: Mumbai / Gandhinagar Qualification: CA / CS / MBA Experience & Salary Range: 3–6 years → up to ₹9 LPA 6–10 years → up to ₹14 LPA 10–15 years → up to ₹27 LPA Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and conduct onsite inspections of member organizations. - Coordinate with members for inspection data and documentation. - Analyze inspection data to identify gaps and compliance risks. - Prepare and review inspection reports, field observations, and MIS. - Conduct special purpose inspections as directed by regulatory bodies. - Communicate with members regarding compliance requirements and circulars. Key Skills: ✔ Strong analytical and report writing skills ✔ Knowledge of audit/inspection and compliance standards ✔ Excellent coordination and communication abilities ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation ✔ Willingness to travel for onsite inspections
