If you’re passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences, designing visually engaging interfaces, and bringing interactions to life through motion and micro-animations — we’d love to hear from you What You’ll DoDesign experiences that move.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals inFigmathat feel intuitive and alive. Add life through motion.Build micro-animations, transitions, and motion graphics that elevate storytelling and usability. Craft consistency.Build and maintain ascalable design systemthat ensures a unified look, feel, and rhythm across products. Collaborate & co-create.Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas from concept to launch. Iterate with purpose.Refine designs based on user insights, analytics, and evolving business goals. Own your craft.Work independently in aremote-first setup , managing time, details, and deadlines with creative confidence. Champion design quality.Work closely with theHead of Designto ensure everything we ship looks sharp and feels right. What You Bring3–5 yearsof experience inUX/UI design , with a strong sense of motion and interaction design. Mastery inFigma— components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems. Proficiency inAfter Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, or Lottieto design fluid motion and delightful micro-interactions. A portfolio that showcasesend-to-end product thinking , from user flows to polished animated interfaces. A sharp eye for detail, layout, typography, and pacing — because motion is design in time. Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed teams. Independence, accountability, and a creative spark that thrives without micromanagement. Bonus Points If You HaveHands-on experience withusability testinganduser research . Familiarity withdeveloper handofftools and workflows (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.). Awareness ofaccessibilityandinclusive designprinciples. A passion forstoryboarding, transitions , and UI choreography.
