Role and Responsibilities :


  • Manage, build and develop a team of Project Managers to ensure efficiency building in Product lifecycle management.
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans , including risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with internal teams – Sales/Tech/QA/Design/Ops and external partners to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met along with clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client management team and understanding their annual goals and then providing solutions , working on their business objectives and leading project status and changes
  • Working on details and documentation by managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project development efficiency and maximize deliverables by achieving better customer experience


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience of having developed and delivered multiple technology projects/products from scratch.
  • Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability. Involvement in the full software development life cycle with stringent needs on (i) time to productization, and (ii) quality of product - functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Experience in handling Website projects with strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Experience in performing project governance by tracking and reporting cost, risk, dependencies, resources and variances to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability :
  1. To track and manage resource utilisation as against the approved project budgets.
  2. To track and manage, for in-flight projects, statuses and variances (effort, schedule).


  • Experience in managing technology and architecture

To lead opportunity identification for automation and conceptualize market viable solution.

  1. To help provide high level solution proposal for identified opportunities.
  2. To lead solution review with multiple stakeholders and attain proposal signoff.
  3. To lead market research on new tools, technologies and new areas to focus.


  • Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
  • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
