Job PurposeTo drive sales growth of protective coating solutions by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical-commercial support across industries such as infrastructure, oil & gas, marine, and heavy industries.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for protective coating products.Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, applicators, and project owners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, marine, and infrastructure sectors.Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations for clients.Liaise with the technical service team to provide site support, trials, and application guidance.Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to recommend strategies.Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders in line with company policies.Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit control policies.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and sales activities in CRM.Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities, seminars, and exhibitions.2–8 years of sales experience in paints, protective coatings, construction chemicals, or related industries.Familiarity with EPC contractors, consultants, and government/industrial projects will be an added advantage.need NACE certified candidate.Offered CTC-Upto 10 LPALocation-Chennai(Tamil Nadu)
