Position Summary
HR Associate / Executive plays a key role in supporting the business by performing various administrative tasks and assisting in HR functions. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their career in human resources, as it provides exposure to various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and completion of necessary paperwork.
Employee Record Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Compliance and Reporting: Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies; help prepare HR reports and metrics.
Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and assisting with HR projects.
Employee Engagement : Preparation of Engagement Calendar for the year that will include sports & CSR activities and other Fun at workplace. Engage & coordinate for the events as per the calendar.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role; experience with recruitment, onboarding, and good employee relationship management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an sociable demeanor.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
