Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Lead with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) . In this role, you will lead software development initiatives, oversee end-to-end implementation, and ensure that project deliverables align with client requirements. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key technical decisions to drive project success.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to organization-wide strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to influence and contribute to key project decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex technical problems within and across teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance technical capabilities of the team.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Mentor and support team members to foster growth and knowledge advancement.


Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud .
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies .
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration with other platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management practices .


Additional Information

  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office .
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant Salesforce Service Cloud experience .
  • A 15 years full-time education is mandatory.
