Role Overview:The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships from the initial inquiry through to the delivery of services. This role includes onboarding clients, coordinating DNA tests, scheduling nutritionist consultations, and ensuring timely delivery of organic groceries. The ideal candidate will excel in day-to-day operations and maintain a positive rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding:Handle inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about our services.Guide clients through the onboarding process, including DNA test kit instructions and sample collection.Ensure all client data is accurately recorded and updated in the database.Coordination and Scheduling:Schedule and coordinate DNA tests and nutritionist consultations.Work closely with nutritionists to ensure personalized nutrition plans are created and delivered on time.Oversee the delivery process of organic groceries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure clients are fully satisfied with their experience.Operational Excellence:Manage day-to-day operations related to client services, including order processing, logistics, and communications.Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the service delivery process.Database Management:Maintain an up-to-date client database with detailed records of interactions, preferences, and service history.Generate and analyze reports to track client engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics.Implement strategies to improve data accuracy and usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field.Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using CRM software and other database management tools.Knowledge of nutrition and wellness industry trends is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
