Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager, located in Thrissur. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, and leading marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data. This role also involves collaborating with other departments, managing the marketing budget, and building relationships with clients to drive growth.

  • Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Research skills
  • Experience with Data Analysis and Budget Management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in digital marketing and previous leadership roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
