The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform best practices.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.Work with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance ServiceNow UI and build dynamic solutions.Develop workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.Configure and customizeUI BuilderandAgent Workspace .Create and maintain REST integrations with third-party systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, coding, testing, and deployment.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.Qualification & CertificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Mandatory:ServiceNow CSA Certification.Additional certifications like CAD, CIS (any module) are a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote, collaborative environments.About InfoBeansInfoBeans is a global digital transformation and product engineering company, enabling businesses to thrive through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge technology solutions.
