Job Description:Alpine Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top IT talent and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of state clients. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong relationships with both candidates and state agencies.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to state client needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with state agency hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.Source candidates using a variety of platforms, including , job boards, and industry-specific sites.Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs.Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and state regulations impacting IT recruitment.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably with state government clients.Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
