Sales Lead - US / EuropeLocation: MumbaiRoles and Responsibilities: Responsible for business development for New Acquisition of the Region.Achieve month-on-month plan for Order Booking for US /Europe and Technology Units as per the Annual Business Plan.Responsible for meeting Gross Margin and Individual Technology Units.Ensuring team building, managing productivity and retention of the individual team membersIdentify areas of market potential and growth and define regional strategy.Conduct research on industry/ regional trends as it applies to solutions, engagement models, service delivery models, commercial models and share with Marketing team.Help establish Godrej Infotech-s Equity and Brand positioning in the market.Working in conjunction with Delivery teams to come up with innovative/new service offerings, service delivery models for addressing new markets.Qualification:M.B.A. (Sales & Marketing). Engineering Graduate with MBA is preferred.Experience:Overall experience of at least 15+ years including a minimum 10 years in the IT Services industryShould have worked at least 5 years at senior position and at least 3 years in leadership role.Should have insights into US / Europe Experience in MS Dynamics 365, Infor LN sales will be a plus.Must have managed a team of sales professionals.Demonstrated ability to build Principal Relationship and bring growth for the business.
