For inquiries, please contact us at Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter based in our Goregaon SV road, location. The IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and facilitating the hiring process. Other responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, leveraging different recruitment channels, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.Exp: 2 years Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies Strong skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting Experience in Hiring and talent acquisition techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
