Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.User-Centric Design:Understand user needs, behaviors, and feedback to create seamless and delightful customer journeys across digital platforms.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to prioritize product features and ensure timely delivery.Agile Product Development:Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, from conceptualization to release, by collaborating in agile sprints and defining clear goals.Data-Driven Decisions:Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to measure product performance and inform enhancements.Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain Thrillophilia’s competitive edge.Stakeholder Management:Communicate progress, challenges, and insights effectively to stakeholders, securing buy-in for product decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on technology-driven solutions.Proven track record of launching successful digital products, preferably in the e-commerce or travel industry.Proficiency in using product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.).Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and agile development methodologies.Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
