Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Community Engagement Specialist at Mantara - Luxury Home Hardware in Bengaluru. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with our community of customers and enthusiasts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute community events, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content to foster a strong sense of community and brand loyalty. Additionally, you will analyze community feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in community management, event planning, or social media managementStrong understanding of online/offline communities and social media platformsAbility to analyze and interpret community feedback and insightsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus
