RegisterKaro is a fast-growing Fintech platform helping businesses simplify their legal, compliance, and registration needs. We are scaling rapidly and are now looking for a Founder’s Office Intern to directly support our leadership team on fundraising initiatives and strategic growth projects.Role Overview As a Founder’s Office Intern (Funding), you will work closely with the founding team on fundraising, investor outreach, pitch creation, and strategy execution. This role is best suited for someone who is results-driven, proactive, and passionate about startups and venture funding.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct research on potential investors (VCs, Angel Networks, HNIs) aligned with RegisterKaro’s business model.

 Assist in creating and refining pitch decks, investor memos, and data rooms.

 Support in structuring the fundraising roadmap and tracking milestones.

 Prepare briefing notes, investor profiles, and outreach strategies.

 Participate in brainstorming sessions with founders to craft compelling narratives for investors.

 Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and funding environment to support decision making.

Requirements

 MBA in Finance or any related field from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutes

 Strong understanding of fundraising, venture capital, and startup ecosystem.

 Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills.

 Highly proactive, structured thinker, and results-oriented.

 Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

 Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with the founder’s office team.

 Availability for a 3-month on-site internship (full-time).
