Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Wedding Manager located in South Delhi. The Assistant Wedding Manager will oversee the planning and execution of wedding events, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure that all events run smoothly. This role also involves client communication, organizing schedules, and addressing any issues that arise during events. The Assistant Wedding Manager will work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure that every detail is executed to perfection.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning, Wedding Coordination, and Budget Management skills
  • Vendor Management and Client Communication skills
  • Problem-Solving, Time Management, and Organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in the wedding planning industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
