Form filling is MANDATORY Job Title : Assistant Manager - Finance Job Application Form :- Location: Envision Technology Center, Nallurhalli, Whitefield, Bangalore Mode of Work : Work from Office Experience Level: • 1-2 Years (Post qualification) Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant (qualified) Mandatory: • Good understanding of accounting and financial concepts. • Proficient in MS Excel • Knowledge of Tally Prime Optional: • Knowledge of NBFC/Banking/Finance sector (Preferred) • Team Management skills Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) as per IGAAP. • GST and TDS reconciliation, filing of returns, and other indirect tax compliances. • Maintain daily accounting records including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and MIS reports, and assist in basic financial analysis. • Handling departmental queries and providing appropriate responses on time. • Handling internal and external audits with proper documentation and compliance. • Preparation of reports and data for debt partners. • Fund management and day to day payments processing. • Coordinate with banks for payments, KYC updates, and prepare reports for debt partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform other finance tasks as assigned.
