Qualification: Graduate in related field (BBA/MBA in Sales, Marketing or Finance preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Agency Channel Manager to develop, manage, and grow our agency partner network. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting agency partners to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales channel dynamics, a proven track record in relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue through third-party agents/agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and execute strategic growth initiatives with agency partners to drive revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, agents, and customers.
- Making effective sales presentations and closing deals.
- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Identify competency gap and scheduling of refresher training.
- Maintaining daily, weekly & Monthly MIS.
- Lead, coach and motivate a team that collaborates effectively across functions in the Company to achieve desired result.
Key Skills Required:
Proven experience as an agency or channel development in bfsi sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in sales forecasting and performance metrics.
- Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments and familiarity with industry-specific trends.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience in a sales-driven culture.
- Ability to strategize and execute business plans with a keen understanding of the local market in India.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
