Desired Skills:Total Exp : 10 - 15 YearsSkill : OSS Inventory Architect (Blue Planet Inventory / Nokia Unified Inventory / Oracle UnifiedInventory / Amdocs Cramer Inventory)Location : Delhi / NCRTechnical skills- More than 10 years relevant domain experience in Architecture/ design role for OSS solutions primarily on Inventory Management System (IMS)- Hands-on experience in Telecom Inventory Management system (Like: Amdocs Cramer, Oracle UIM, M6, Netcraker, Nokia UIV, VC4, Blue Plane Inventory, etc.)- Experience on Network planning solution using GE Small-world or similar cots products- Experience on Discovery & Reconciliation process and systems that implement these features with possible discovery options.- Telecom operation knowledge of SDH, DWDM, IP/MPLS, Wireless, Ethernet, SDN/NFV- Understand Telecom service delivery and assurance business processes and its fitment to IMS.- Strong understanding of telecom processes - Lead to Cash (Fulfilment) and Trouble to Resolve (Assurance) process. Sound understanding of Next Generation Networks (NGN), Order to Cash End to End Process flows.- Strong process knowledge across various services and products in telecom domain.- Conceptualized adapters for several Network Elements.- Should be able to Identify and defined different inventory objects and well versed in object modelling using (Circuits, Nodes, Topologies, and Service etc.)- Should be able to model Devices in network, Plan & Build, understanding the need and use of Service Catalog and creation of different Service Catalog.- Good Understanding and implementation of Task Engine/Service Catalog integration and excellent understanding of metadata creation for Ports, Cards, Slots, Shelves and Devices.- Hands-on experience on Database: Neo4j, MySQL- Knowledge of modelling languages/techniques (e.g., UML, OML, entity relationship modelling, DFDs)- Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experienceDomain Skills- Have worked on Telco network infrastructure & OSS/BSS systems and domain- Good understanding and knowledge of Telco and IT network infrastructure (Networking - IP V4, IP V6, VLAN, Routing, Bridge, Bond, Teaming etc)- 4-5 years of experience as solution architecture for large or medium OSS IT programs.- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF, TMF, LSO, MEF etc.- Experience in the creation of Solution Requirement documents as part of an OSS deployment project.- Should have good exposure in supporting sales with deal qualification, initial scoping of incoming opportunities, and Bid management for RFP/RFIs which includes RFP/RFI analysis and proposal response.- Proven experience in E2E OSS/BSS Software Application Integration towards Service Fulfilment domain include integration with Network & Service Inventory and strong understanding of Network Equipment & Protocols.Responsibilities- Responsible for End to End Inventory system Project Delivery.- Work with the Solution Designers, Portfolio Architect, Business Analyst to understand the new/updated functional requirements and convert it to High Level Design for Team.- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.- Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.- Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications.- Architectural level Impact assessment of business requirements and suggesting alternate solution options while recommending best solution with justification.- Provide advice on technical aspects of solution development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly.- Define High Level Design for B2B and B2C OSS program.- Produce concept level design and agree with the stakeholders- Execute the preparation of technical plans
