KeyResponsibilities:
  • Writingselfexplanatory clean code and ensuring its predictability andrepeatability.
  • Implementing frequent smallreleases and working collaboratively inpairs.
  • Conducting peer code reviews andcontributing to a culture of continuousimprovement.
  • Working within a product team todevelop and deploy new features and fixesrapidly.
  • Assuming responsibility for all stagesof development from requirement understanding to deployment andongoing maintenance.
  • Taking ownership of theentire technology stack including front end back end andinfrastructure as well as DevOpspipelines.
  • Committing to continuous learningand personaldevelopment.

Qualificationsand Skills:
  • Integrityof character diligence and a commitment toexcellence.
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails TestDriven Development React React.js JavaScript andTypeScript.
  • A selfdirected learner with astrong drive to implement software development bestpractices.
  • A sense of ownership and adedication to delivering highquality solutionspragmatically.
  • Expertise in objectorientedprogramming data structures algorithms and software engineeringmethodologies.
  • Proficiency in web architectureincluding providing design and development recommendations andoptimizing existing infrastructure.
  • Experienceworking in Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies within acontinuous deployment environment.
  • Interest inmastering technologies such as web server ecosystems relationaldatabase management systems (DBMS) Test Driven Development (TDD)and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)tools.
  • Working knowledge of serverconfiguration and deploymentinfrastructure.
  • Familiarity with source controland bug tracking systems as well as experience in writing userstories and technicaldocumentation.
