Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise and Support:
- Serve as a technical resource for the sales team, providing detailed product information and support throughout the sales process.
- Understand and communicate the technical aspects and benefits of our SaaS products to potential and existing clients.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
- Assist in the development of customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Sales Process Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and proposals that address customer needs and highlight our product's value.
- Provide technical responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Work with clients to design and implement SaaS solutions that integrate with their existing systems and processes.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal sales staff to enhance their understanding of our SaaS products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering role within the IT SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SaaS platforms, cloud computing, web technologies, APIs, and integrations. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in supporting sales teams in a technical capacity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
