Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build robust working relationships with diverse clientele. Adaptability to learn and apply new strategies quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets and business goals. Roles and Responsibilities Identify prospective clients and initiate first contact through cold calling and follow up on leads. Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to match those requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all insurance products and policies to inform and educate clients effectively.
