Overview of the Role
As a Community Coordinator, you will be responsible to support and coordinate the management of the community members on Bee Skilled's Hive Platform. This includes dissemination of information, coordination with partners, liaising with prospective and existing members to support the growth of the platform. The role also includes full management of courses on the platform from marketing to execution, student acquisition, student management, content management and other similar duties.
Responsibilities and Duties
The below mentioned responsibilities are duties are to be conducted in close supervision of the reporting or project manager.
Community Engagement and Management
- Engage with Bee Skilled community on The Hive to ensure ongoing communication,
- Disseminate specific content developed for communities on The Hive,
- Prepare, organise and manage events for Bee Skilled community, such as webinars, case studies, competitions etc.
- Organise moderated discussions and engage community members to participate,
- Organise frequent emails, newsletters to be sent to subscribers,
- Identify ways to engage and acquire new members for Bee Skilled community,
- Support communication and marketing of Courses run for Bee Skilled community including communication with partner organizations.
Marketing, Student Acquisition and Management of Online courses in English and French
- Lead marketing of Bee Skilled's online courses in English and French,
- Liaise with partner organisations for student acquisition,
- Manage accounting related to the courses,
- Liaise with content and IT team to ensure courses are run smoothly,
- Support the content team in any other issues related to course dissemination.
Social Media Management
- Engage Bee Skilled community of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) through regular updates, content and communication,
- Showcase company’s achievements, events and any other highlights on social media
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree such as MBA in marketing , communications, sales and administration or any other relevant field
2. Certificate / Diploma in French language (optional)
