Communications Coordinator

We are looking for a 'Communications Coordinator' who can manage on-site and off-site inquiries for our banquets. This role demands a sincere, confident and prompt individual who can articulately and sophisticatedly handle communications and bookings with clients. Ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with fluency in English and Hindi.


Responsibilities

  • Attending and responding to inquiries on email, phone, and social media promptly, politely and clearly.
  • Showing the property to clients coming on a recce, and explaining all our packages and costs.
  • Looking after the sales, and bookings sincerely by paying attention to social media, calls, and emails.
  • Handling all the bookings in an organised manner.


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality sector preferred but not necessary.
