Job Description :


Role & Responsibilities :


1. Software Development :

- Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions using Java and related technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.

2. Architecture and Design :

- Contribute to the architectural decisions and design discussions for scalable and maintainable systems.

- Provide technical leadership in designing robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.

3. Code Review and Mentoring :

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

4. Performance Optimization :

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application code and optimize for speed and scalability.

5. Documentation :

- Create and maintain technical documentation for code, designs, and system architecture.

6. Collaboration :

- Collaborate with product managers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.

7. Problem Solving :

- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java programming principles.

- Solid experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications.

- Proficiency in Java, Spring framework, and other relevant technologies.

- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Key Requirements :

- Experience with Java, Microservices and unit testing

- Working Knowledge of GraphQL

- Working Knowledge of ElasticSearch

- Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, postgresql, MS Sql Server, etc.)

- Should have experience in AWS (basic concepts)

- Basic of Front End experience with React (If not React, should have basic Front End knowledge - maybe Angular)

- Good Written, Presentation, Communication skills.
