JobResponsibilities:

SoftwareDevelopment:

Design develop andmaintain highquality Java applications.

Implement efficient and scalable code using bestpractices.

MicroservicesDevelopment:

Architect design andimplement microservicesbased solutions.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tointegrate microservices into existingsystems.

TechnicalLeadership:

Provide technicalleadership and guidance to junior developers.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence tocoding standards.

SystemArchitecture:

Contribute to thearchitectural design and evolution of systems.

Ensure the scalability performance and securityof Java applications.

AgileDevelopment:

Work in an Agiledevelopment environment participating in sprint planning dailystandups andretrospectives.

Collaboration:

Collaboratewith business analysts and product owners to understand businessrequirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.

Troubleshooting andDebugging:

Diagnose and resolve issuesbugs and performance bottlenecks.

Perform rootcause analysis for productionincidents.

Documentation:

Createand maintain technical documentation for developed applications andsystems.

ContinuousLearning:

Stay abreast of industrytrends and advancements in Java development.

Proactively enhance skills and knowledge tocontribute to technologyinnovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Computer Science or related field.

6to 15 years of handson experience in Javadevelopment.

Skills:

Strongproficiency in Java and related technologies (SpringHibernateMicroservices etc.).

Experience withmicroservices architecture and design.

Knowledgeof Kafka Cassendra

Familiarity with databasesystems (SQL NoSQL).

Excellent problemsolving anddebugging skills.

Strong communication andcollaboration skills.

AdditionalRequirements:

Experience in the financialindustry (preferred).

Relevant certifications inJava or related technologies.
