Job Description

  • Define tech stacks, product roadmap, vision and growth plans
  • Lead the journey of the company from being Tech Led to a Full blown FINTECH enterprise.
  • Revisit the existing portal and identify potential gaps which can provide an enhanced user experience to clients.
  • Review the existing portal and identify new product features which can be developed as plug ins into the existing ecosystem.
  • Use technology tools to develop the organisations strategy to monetise the large registered user base and existing client base.
  • Conceptualise, build new product features in order to augment client experience on the platform.
  • Collaborate tech tools with new age technologies in order to create better user experience.
  • Integrate new tech platforms and products in to existing platform in order to give a seamless experience to clients.
  • Inbuild security features in the portal for the clients and organisation.
  • Create and build a data policy, including data security, data mining
  • Organisation has developed multiple products, CTO will have to integrate and allow product collaborations.
  • Identify and lead collaborations with multiple technology companies to outsource projects.
  • Build project timelines and closely monitor project executions.
  • Develop ‘Tech as a business ‘ culture within the organisation, Map technology spends to organisational growth and help business scalability.
  • Automate business process across business lines through implementation of automation tools.
  • Ability to translate digital transformation concepts & application of emerging technologies to the industry
  • Build, mentor, educate and lead technology teams with regard to the company's technological vision, opportunities & challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment, exhibit leadership competencies to drive technology & business
  • Be a trusted advisor to the founders & investors

  • Start-up Skills:- thought leadership, entrepreneurship, software architecture, people management.
  • Who analyses Build vs buy ( Should he buy a product or build one )
  • Thinker, Ideator, Visualiser.
  • Build new product features, enhance client stickiness, make the platform addictive.
  • Who understands the power of technology to leverage business and build scale
  • Exponential thinking,
  • Budget -Capex – Opex Nos and link it to revenue.
  • Ability to ideate and articulate TECH VISION of the company to stakeholders
  • Ability to drive teams to build world class products
  • Experience of working in a fast paced agile environment, high growth and dynamic work culture where there are no outliers for exponential thinking.
  • An innovative mind which is constantly triggering new ideas to scale existing business.
  • 10-15 years of IT experience in building a platform/ product from scratch to scale preferably in a start-up with 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up, proactive and hands-on in development and execution
