Founded by Ayyappan R (ex-Cleartrip, Flipkart, Myntra) and backed by top-tier investors like Accel and RTP Global, we’re building a thoughtful commerce experience through selective sourcing, meaningful curation, and neighbourhood-first rollouts.About the RoleAs a Category Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving smooth operations for the categories. You’ll work closely with category managers, supply, and cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and seamless execution of category initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Support the Category Manager in day-to-day operations and execution of category strategies.- Manage catalog accuracy — ensuring right product listings, pricing, content, and visibility.- Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and supply teams for inventory management and replenishment.- Track and analyze key metrics like sales performance, stock levels, fulfillment rates, and margins.- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives.- Raise and resolve operational issues related to pricing, listings, or order fulfillment.- Support new product launches and assortment expansion.- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.What You’ll Need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).- 1–3 years of experience in category management, operations, merchandising, or e-commerce.- Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills.- Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
