About the Role As a Category Operations Associate , you’ll play a key role in driving smooth operations for the categories. You’ll work closely with category managers, supply, and cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and seamless execution of category initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the Category Manager in day-to-day operations and execution of category strategies. Manage catalog accuracy — ensuring right product listings, pricing, content, and visibility. Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and supply teams for inventory management and replenishment. Track and analyze key metrics like sales performance, stock levels, fulfillment rates, and margins. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives. Raise and resolve operational issues related to pricing, listings, or order fulfillment. Support new product launches and assortment expansion. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in category management, operations, merchandising, or e-commerce. Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills. Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and follow-up skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
