JD for ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, CSM Consultants:

Open Position: 8 for ITSM + CSM/ HRSD/ ITAM

Location: Pune/ Hyderabad/ Kolkata (Hybrid)Description: * 3-6 years of ServiceNow experience

* MUST be CIS Certified * ServiceNow System Administration Certified is mandatory * MUST possess good communication Skills Duties/Responsibilities: * MUST have hands-on experience (technical) * MUST have worked on minimum 1 Implementations. * Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow. * Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets. * Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows. * Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices. * Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems. * Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc. * Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript, BootStrap / Angular * Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production. * Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. * Participate in the development and delivery of training for end-users. * Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow. * Participate in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

3 or 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow

Knowledge on Service management processes and ITILPreferred - Advanced Knowledge of:

JavaScript (JS)

SN JS APIs

JSON & XML

HTML & CSS

AngularJS, REACT / BootStrap
