We are looking for a personable and articulate female Receptionist who is fluent in English to manage our front desk and handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, friendly, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Clients and Visitors: Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
  • Manage Communications: Handle all incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally. Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Schedule Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all parties are informed.
  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized.
  • Visitor Log: Maintain an accurate visitor log and ensure all staff sign in and out.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Fresher or prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with handling emails and WhatsApp.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service: A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
