Singh, and supported by a deeply experienced team, DMI has grown into a pan-India credit platform with core businesses in corporate lending, housing finance, digital consumer and MSME finance and asset management.DMI is supported by global institutional investors, strategic family offices and leading banks and public market creditors in India.Job Purpose:Incumbent will be part Secured Loan- MSME - Risk & Policy Team for DMI Consumer Credit team. Core responsibilities would include evaluating creditworthiness of the clients by analyzing the financial performance of the clients for secured products primarily Loan against propertyAccountability:Credit underwritingUnderwriting Secured loans – Loan against property proposals as per the laid down policies and procedureIdentify & assess the risk in the proposal, provide adequate credit support to the business, approve credit applicationsConducting PD and field visits to understand the client requirements and check credit worthiness.Scrutinizing the financials and relevant documents and checking the credit history of the clientPolicy Support formulationSuggest policies modifications, wherever required, for new partners and channels (Acquisition & Line management)Identify and re-engineer processes on an ongoing basis and take corrective action in a timely manner without disrupting regular lending workflowWork with tech team to design test and implementation for any changes (partner related or regulatory) in policies.Portfolio ManagementConstantly Evaluate portfolio performance.Benchmark to Industry Standards.Stakeholder ManagementWorking closely with business sales managers to maintain a balanced and profitable credit portfolio.Providing guidance to the business team w.r.t areas of policy and processes would be required on an ongoing basis.Interacting with cross functional teams and ensuring correct implementation of credit policy guidelines in origination system and decisioning platformsParticipating in internal projects that improve credit process efficiency and effectiveness to assist in achieving key strategic objectivesQualificationsMinimum Qualification: Postgraduate degree in management / CASkills: Digital Assessment, Tech-savviness, Advanced ExcelWork Experience8-10 Years of relevant experience for Senior Manager5-7 Years of relevant experience for Manager
