Job Responsibilities:

• Procure alumni data from various sources, including collaboration with schools and online research

• Organize and manage a comprehensive database of alumni information, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Develop and maintain data dashboards to track alumni engagement metrics

• Generate regular reports on alumni demographics and engagement activities

• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights relevant to alumni relations strategies

• Support the planning and execution of alumni events, reunions, and networking activities

• Provide data-driven insights to enhance alumni engagement initiatives

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding alumni data-related matters

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data confidentiality

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Management, Data Science)

• 3-5 years of experience in data management, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors

• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., CRM platforms, Excel, SQL)

• Experience with reporting tools for data visualization and analysis

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity

• Familiarity with alumni relations and fundraising concepts is desirable

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
