Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Treasury Executive located in Jaipur. The Treasury Executive will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, performing accounting tasks, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks include monitoring financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, optimizing financial operations, and supporting the overall financial strategy of the company.

  1. Allocation of Book Debt Hypothecation on monthly and quarterly basis, Coordination with the Chartered Accountant team for facilitation of the same.

  2. Keeping track of the repayment schedule and updating accounts team regarding the upcoming repayments.

  3. Updation of the outstanding debt on the public portals i.e. NeSL

  4. Assisting in documentation and execution of transactions - Term Loans, NCDs among others.

  5. Coordination with the trustee regarding the pay-out reports for securitization transactions.

  6. Scheduling of meetings with lenders with both existing and proposed lenders.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Accounting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Experience in financial management and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
