The incumbent will be responsible for working with lead business analysts to deliver end to end business intelligence and analytics projects.Responsibilities• Lead complex analytics and consulting projects related to sales and marketing for a large US based pharmaceutical manufacturer• Liaison with client and onshore team to understand complex business problem and define solution• Build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs• Has conducted extensive assessments / blueprinting / due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore-ability, building solution architecture• Has experience with Visualization tools preferably Power BI & led analytics delivery for pharma majors• Experience with SQL/Python is mandatory• Understanding of Medical Affairs domain and experience with VeevaCRM, MEDAL and salesforce datasets is a plus• End user thinking while developing KPIs• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.• Identify areas of innovation • Guide offshore developers and data architects in implementation of solutions• Work with data modelers and developers to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues• Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service• Healthcare industry/professional experience as an analyst• US healthcare commercial industry/professional experience as an analyst.• Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as the ability to work independently.
