Business Development Opportunity at Newgen Software

We are a global leader in low-code digital transformation, empowering enterprises to enhance business agility, operational efficiency, and customer experience through our cutting-edge solutions in process automation, content services, and customer communication management.

The Role:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development for Software Products & Solutions (enterprise content management, workflow solution, loan origination solution) in B2B Market
  • Excellent verbal communication skills required
  • Experience working in US and Caribbean geography preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads from new accounts through cold calling, e-mail sequencing with HubSpot for ABM accounts
  • Conduct account research and persona profiling using data mining and database development with ZoomInfo
  • Analyze regional traffic visiting Newgen website using Lead feeder tool and collaborate with GTM team
  • Establish connections with CXOs and ICPs of target companies to understand their challenges and suggest how Newgen solutions can address them
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns in the region alongside GTM and Events team
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure the Sales team has adequate qualified opportunities
  • Maintain leads in CRM system Compass and collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for further lead qualification
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales/Presales team on market insights, leads, and prospects
