Job Title: Data Analytics & AI Consultant



Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Analytics & AI Consultant to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to identify challenges, design innovative AI-driven solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Client Engagement & Consultation:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice on how data analytics and AI can drive value and improve operations.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
  • Data Analytics & Insights:
  • Gather, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and insights.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings effectively.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling and optimization.
  • AI Solution Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision solutions.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing client systems and workflows.
  • Monitor and refine AI models to ensure performance and relevance over time.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver analytics and AI projects on time and within scope.
  • Create project plans, define milestones, and manage deliverables.
  • Ensure documentation of processes and outcomes for client use and knowledge transfer.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Explore emerging tools and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations for client solutions.
  • Advocate for ethical and responsible AI practices in all projects.


Required Skills & Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in data analytics, AI, or a similar consulting role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Deep understanding of AI methodologies, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and deep learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including ETL processes and database management.
  • Industry-specific experience in domains like healthcare, finance, retail, or manufacturing.
