Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead ServiceNow Developer ITSM.

- The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of a team of ServiceNow developers, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

- The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Technical Lead to guide our team in the successful design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

- As a Technical Lead, you will provide hands-on technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to developers and administrators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the effective use of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the solution development lifecycle.

2. Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design technically sound ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and standards.

- Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration

3. Development: Take a hands-on approach in coding, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow components, including modules, workflows, scripts, UI policies, and integrations.

- Design, configure and customize Service Now platform for client to implement/sustain the following modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog etc.

4. Code Review: Review code and configurations developed by the team, ensuring code quality, adherence to coding standards, and optimal performance.

5. Architecture Oversight: Provide input into the overall technical architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with other systems.

6. Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and challenges, offering timely solutions and recommendations to the team.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, project managers, and other teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

8. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment procedures.

9. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.

10. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to team members and endusers, sharing best practices, technical expertise, and promoting knowledge sharing.

11. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and advocate for their integration into existing solutions.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a ServiceNow developer, including hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript), configurations, and customizations.

3. ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified ServiceNow Administrator are required.

- Additional certifications such as ServiceNow CIS for product lines are beneficial.

4. Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading a team of developers or administrators in the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

5. In-depth understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.

6. Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS) and integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
