JobDescription: We are seeking aSenior/Staff Data Warehouse Engineer Data Engineering to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience insoftware design and development with a strong background in DataEngineering. They will be responsible for designing architectingand developing code in a scalable and performant manner. Thecandidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers CrossProduct Engineers and Data Engineers to deliver innovativesolutions. Additionally they will lead a team in mining analyzingand transforming large datasets to create actionable metrics anddatasets that solve businessquestions.
JobSpecificCriteria:
  • ExperienceRequired: 8 14years
  • Mode of Work: Remote

Role&Responsibilities:
  • Designarchitect and develop code in a testable scalable and performantmanner.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers CrossProduct Engineers and Data Engineers to optimize and deliverinnovative solutions.
  • Lead a team in mininganalyzing and transforming largedatasets.
  • Develop a plan and schedule withwelldefined milestones.
  • Manage technical designdiscussions and contribute significant verbal and writtencontributions.
  • Develop automated testingprotocols and deploy tests with everyrelease.
  • Foster a healthy and collaborativeculture within the team.
  • Provide expertise inquery building and data modeling.
  • Act as aSubject Matter Expert (SME) for specific datadomains.
  • Enable the team to expand its impactby improving delivery mechanisms.
  • Mentor andguide Data Engineers.
  • Communicate effectivelywith technical and nontechnicalaudiences.

IdealCandidate:
  • At least 8years of software design and development experience with abackground in Data Engineering.
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science or relatedfield.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling SQLdata warehouses / data lake and data engineeringskills.
  • Ability to provide technical leadershipthroughout the design and deliveryprocess.
  • Knowledge of software and dataengineering best practices.
  • Extensivebackground in building end userfacing analytical models inSQL.
  • Handson experience with Python AirflowData Lakes Terraform and BI tooling.
  • Strongmentorship skills and the ability to motivate and develop teammembers.
  • Experience with AWS andSnowflake.
  • Excellent communicationskills.
