We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad, located in the bustling area of Prahlad Nagar. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates for our clients. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and deep understanding of the local job market will be instrumental in driving successful hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

Screening and Selection:

Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the client's organization.

Client Interaction:

Collaborate closely with our clients to comprehend their specific hiring needs and establish effective communication channels throughout the recruitment process.

Job Postings:

Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to increase visibility and attract potential candidates.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients while providing timely feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Market Analysis:

Conduct research on the local job market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to advise clients on recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks.

Candidate Engagement:

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through consistent communication and networking efforts.

Offer Negotiations:

Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and candidate onboarding assistance.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the recruitment database.

Recruitment Metrics:

Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, with a proven track record of successful placements.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with the local job market in Ahmedabad and an understanding of various industries and their respective talent demands.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients professionally.

Relationship Building:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, clients, and team members.

Adaptability:

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

Problem-Solving:

A proactive approach to resolving challenges and finding creative solutions during the recruitment process.

Technology Proficiency:

Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR-related software.
